to use our services and to send faxes in compliance with local,
state, and federal law. You agree to consult an attorney if
you are unaware of the requirements.
Fax numbers may not be used to transmit
commercial material without the prior permission of the fax number owner.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the owner of
this services harmless from and against any and all claims,
liability, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable
attorney's fees, arising from, or in any way related to, your
use of our services.
All feedback or submissions of any kind submitted to this
website become the property of owners, to be used or not as
owners choose without cost or liability.
The formation, construction, and
interpretation of this agreement shall be controlled by the
laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A, as such law applies to
agreements between Illinois residents entered into and to
be performed within Illinois. Any dispute relating to this
agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the state and federal courts in Cook County, State of
Illinois, U.S.A., and you agree to submit to the personal and
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. You agree
that your dispute will not be heard by a jury and may not be
made part of a class action.
