When you send
your document to our system it will be scanned for
fax page, in your attachment, either word document or pdf
file. Our system will try to find the best speed and coding to
transmit your fax to the target. Speeds also depends on line
quality and receiver fax machine.
When the best
compression is found to transmit your fax, servers will
look for fax list which should be in your attachment, your fax
numbers, and it should be in a txt file otherwise we have
to spend more time to tranfer your numbers to our
system.
After everything is done our system
will perform initial test to complete the process and
will stay in stand by.
We will send your fax
document for your approval to your fax number which will be
exactly the same as your recipients will receive. System
will send your fax document to the specified fax numbers after
receiving your confirmation email.
