Reasons that you will see in your report"
Busy:
The destination fax number is busy. System
will try 3 more times. If the destination number remain busy
number will be unsuccesfull.
No Answer:
The destination fax number does not answer.
System will try 3 more times. Destination fax machine may
be out of paper or unplugged.
Voice Answer:
The destination fax number may be a Voice/Fax
number and needs to be switched to fax to receive your transmission..
Unspecified:
The destination fax number is busy or on voice
number. System will try 3 more times.
Transmission Error:
The destination fax machine may have run out
of paper resulting in your transmission being cut off.
Fax number excluded:
This means that the destination number has
requested not to receive faxes from your company.
Recorded answer :
This usually occurs if the destination number
is answered by an automated attendant.
Invalid number :
This means an unassigned phone number was
dialed.
