The destination fax number is busy. Our system
will try 2 more times. If the destination fax number remains busy
then it will be marked as failed number.
No Answer:
The destination fax number does not answer.
System will try 2 more times. Destination fax machine may
be out of paper or unplugged.
Voice Answer:
The destination fax number may be a Voice/Fax
number and needs to be switched to fax mode to receive your transmission.
Unspecified:
The destination fax number is busy or voice
number. There might be static in fax line. System will try 2 more times.
Transmission Error:
The destination fax machine may have run out
of paper or static in line causing transmission failure.
Fax Number Excluded:
This means that the destination number has
requested not to receive any faxes from our company.
Recorded Answer:
This usually occurs if the destination number
is answered by an automated attendant.
Invalid Number:
This means an unassigned phone number was
dialed or an error occurred during transmission.
